The following month, he walked away with $25,820 and 38.3 POY points by finishing thirty-sixth in the WPT No-Limit Hold’em Championship Bellagio Cup III.
Thom Werthmann met with a lot of success in the year 2008 as well. His impressive fifth-place finish in Event 39 No-Limit Hold’em at the 39th Annual WSOP was another milestone in his poker career.
