Jimmy Shultz, nicknamed "Shultz”, “Sarg” or even “Shultzy", was born on the 8th of March, 1971, in Charleston, South Carolina and currently resides in Lewis Center, OH, United States. Jimmy Shultz works as an ordinary mortgage broker, but still steps into the poker world from time to time. He is not married and does not have any children.

Jimmy Shultz has entered only one live tournament for the 8 years in which he has been playing – the 39th World Series of Poker 2008. He entered two events: the Limit Hold'em (Event 20) $2,000 buy-in, where he took 42nd place and won $4,368, but that was not the event in which Jimmy Shultz became popular to the poker world. His favorite movie is Gladiator and favorite place to be is Rome. When asked what kinds of players he respects the most, Jimmy Shultz answered: “I respect any player that respects themselves enough to sit at a table with 8 or 9 other players all with the same goal in mind. The game is full of great players!”.
