It seems Larry King has successfully managed to shed his image as the straight shooting interviewer of the rich, famous and influential now that he has retired.
While being interviewed by America’s broadcast sweetheart, Ryan Seacrest, on Seacrest’s hugely popular radio show last Thursday the tables were turned when Seacrest threw some tough, but laughable, questions in King’s direction. The questions ranged from King’s potential participation in “Dancing with the Stars” to the possibility of taking over for Dr. Laura on Seacrest’s Thursday show.
In answer to “Dancing with the Stars”, King said “I just think it’s embarrassing, I’m not a dancer...” and to taking over Dr. Laura’s gig: "This advice thing, I couldn't,"
But the most gruelling part of the interview was when Seacrest challenged King to finish the lyrics of Lady Gaga’s hit that has been stuck in the heads of millions across the globe for months. King belted out his very own unique version of “Poker Face”, possibly outshining Seacrest- but both showing that they were in it for the laughs.
So if Larry King thinks that participating in “Dancing with the Stars” is more embarrassing but singing a “poker Face” duet with Ryan Seacrest on the biggest nationally and internationally syndicated shows in the world, does that mean that he’s a worse dancer than he is a singer? Now that is a scary concept...

Well. I seem to have gotten stuck in a Lady Gaga writing vibe. Yesterday we had the news of the Bluewater Comic book saga, and today we are getting with this.
A Bulgarians man plans to have a sex change to transform him into the doppelganger for Lady Gaga. Although constantly being at the receiving end of a never ending list of comment about her looks, Penio Daskalov, 24, is currently in the planning stages of having a sex change operations and has starting enlisting cosmetic surgeons to turn him into a copy of the pop star.
"I really admire the way she has created herself, so when I've had my operations I won't be quite a man or quite a woman," Daskalov said.
"I've already contacted her management and told them what I am doing and how I'd like to record a duet with her," he added.

For those who haven't been following along at home, Bluewater has made a name for itself publishing both original comic book series (often involving celebrity creators or licensed properties) as well as unauthorized biographies of pop culture celebrities and other public figures. Previous subjects have included "Twilight" actors Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, musician Taylor Swift, and "Harry Potter" author J.K. Rowling.
There is however, a slight problem, being that JUSTIN Bieber and Lady Gaga are not happy that they have been immortalised in 2D form by Bluewater comics. The company has received cease and desists letters from the lawyers involved.
Here is a response from Darren G David of Bluewater:
We are 100% within our 1st amendment rights. We know our rights on this before we jumped into the biography world. These are 100% biographies on their lives. Bluewater has featured subjects like Taylor Swift, Kristen Stewart, Oprah, JK Rowling & Robert Pattinson. We reach out to all the celebrities and some choose to work with us and some do not. If they do choose to work with us, we donate ads and money to a nonprofit of their choice. We offered the same deal to Bieber's people.
These are not-poster books and as it was explained to the licensing lawyer, Kenneth Feinswog (who works for the licensing company). It tells the story of his life in 22-pages and we offered to send him a copy of the book before it went to print. We have been offered deals with poster books, sticker books and we had to turn them down because we know we do not have the rights to that. But doing an unauthorized biography we are in full within our rights.
It feels like they are doing this because our comic book got the same amount of press as the their book "Justin Bieber: First Step 2 Forever". Both are being released the same month as well as 4 other Bieber books. We choose Justin Bieber, because of how he is changing the music industry. This was a kid that posted his songs on YouTube to share with his family and became a superstar from that. This is a great story for kids to get inspired from.
Our book is no different from these books: "Justin Bieber: The Fever!" by Marc Shapiro , "Justin Bieber: The Unauthorized Biography by Chas Newkey-Burden", "Justin Bieber (Mini Bio) by Sarah E. Parvis ", "Justin Bieber: Singing Sensation (Big Buddy Biographies) by Sarah Tieck ", "Justin Bieber: Our World (Me & You) by Millie Rowlands". Our lawyer is in contact with Mr. Feinswog.

Grant Park may be the home of one of the biggest music festivals in the world, namely Lollopalooza, but it is the casinos that surround it that seem to reap the most lucrative rewards over the music festival weekend. With thousands upon thousands of people gracing the festival with their presence every year it was noted that this year many of these thousands upon thousands of people hit the nearby casinos on Friday after attending the first night of the festival.
Friday night at Lollapalooza showcased acts such as Devo, The Strokes and Soundgarden, not to mention Lady Gaga, but once the music was over for the evening it seems the revellers took to the casinos.
"I only come to Chicago once in a while to visit my cousins," Mario Benedetto, an attendee, said. "I'm here for Lollapalooza, but I am also going to spend some time in the casinos. Hopefully I can win some money on the slots to pay for the trip. If not, at least I'm having a good time, good music, good gambling, and good times with my family."

What seemed to initially start as a poker blog seems to have turned into a mix between poker posts, comparisons between Tiger Woods, and everything and anything to do with Lady Gaga., so whilst on the topic, let’s talk about our favourite 24 year old Poker Face entertainer!
This week, the latest piece of scandal goes to this degree. Former Beatles star John Lennon son Sean tweeted a photo of a fishnet clad Lady Gaga seating and playing the absolutely beautiful white piano that belonged to his dad John. This is where it got quite interesting, and maybe a little ridiculous.
Forty years since the band dissipated and went their own separate ways, they banded together and there has been somewhat of a huge public outcry for allowing the scantily dressed superstar to touch their beloved hero’s white grand piano
In response to the barrage of criticism that he received, he removed the snap of Gaga, whilst a legion of Beatles fans raged that Gaga is only half the man that Lennon was. Sean responded on his Twitter account with a ‘Pianos are meant to be played. Why is everyone so uptight? What should we do, lock it away in a dusty room? So judgemental..." When the criticism continued, he added: "come on, lighten up...life's too short, there're enough real problems in the world. Firstly, he gave that piano to my mother for her birthday, it is hers, secondly, he was not uptight the way you seem to be."
But to add to the Sean’s side of the story, there is a lot more to Gaga than skimpy costumes and for some reason wearing fishnet stockings whilst at a friend’s home playing the piano. Gaga was a child prodigy of the piano. She has been playing since age four and actually landed up writing her first piano ballad.
Imagine what the poker world would have done if she had bought T.J Cloutier’s poker bracelet a couple of months ago from the eBay post and used it as a piece of jewellery in one of her shows.

In a move similar to that of T.J Cloutier a couple of months last year when he put his WSOP bracelet for sale late last year on eBay with a starting bid of $2,999, and a buy it now price of $7,000, Lady Gaga is selling her necklace that she used on her Poker Face music video, she’s however doing it for charity and not for financial reasons.
Gaga, put her Brian Lichtenberg designed geometric metal necklace that she donned in the ‘Poker Face’ music video this morning on Winnit.com, and unlike most auction sites, whereas the highest bidder wins the auction, this is one of the opposite kind where the lowest bid wins the auction.
All proceeds of the auction will benefit the Lupus Foundation, which raises awareness for the disease. Lupus runs in her family and claimed the life of her great aunt. In a recent interview with Larry King, Gaga said “The truth is, I don’t show any signs, any symptoms of lupus. But I have tested borderline positive for the disease. So, as of right now, I do not have it, but I have to take good care of myself.”
