As one of the most well-known names in poker, Phil Hellmuth, otherwise known as the “Poker Brat”, has seen fit to release a five-part series of eBooks that will contain information about some of his most interesting and infamous hands in his legendary career.
The book series, titled Phil Hellmuth’s Legendary Poker Hands is currently available at iBookstore with more eBook merchants to come.
The five books offer varied information and titles are pretty representative of what each is about:
• Phil on Pocket Pairs
• Phil Bluffs and Gets Bluffed
• Hellmuth vs. Chan
• Phil’s Great WSOP Hands
• Phil Loses 5 Hands…And Lives and Learns!
This is not the first time the poker legend has tried his luck as an author and it does make sense that he would. He’s won the World Series of Poker eleven times and made the final tables in the World Poker Tour six times. His previous books are: Play Poker Like the Pros, “Phil Hellmuth’s Texas Hold’em,” and Read ‘em and Reap, which he co-authored with a FBI agent for extra oomph.
Hellmuth has become notorious for his tendencies to have tantrums and to go “on tilt” as well as his eccentric and dramatic entrances to tournaments and if these antics are anything to go by, his eBooks might be rather entertaining.
