Danish poker magazine, Ace, has been enriching the lives of Danish poker players since 2006. Sadly, this magazine will no longer be able to provide such a service as it is no longer allowed to attract advertisers. The next edition was due out yesterday but unfortunately this could not go to print because the magazine could not afford to.
The partial liberalisation of the Danish gaming market is largely to blame apparently. A bill that will come into action as of the 1st July 2010 will stop foreign gaming providers from advertising in the Danish press which means that Ace magazine will cease to be able to fund itself.
